Technical Account Manager

Studio216 is looking for a qualified Technical Account Manager to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs. The candidate will provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.

The candidate should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.

UI Designer

Studio216 is seeking an experienced designer to spend 3+ months onsite in downtown Seattle. Responsibilities include UI for extended reality and web design. Ability to create simple videos a major plus.

Sales Development Representative

Studio216 is the maker of Altoura XR, an XR platform for Enterprise Customers that’s helping them transform productivity across a variety of use cases. With offices across Seattle, Shanghai, and Bangalore — and traction within Fortune 500 customers across the globe — we offer a unique opportunity to accelerate your career in an area that has huge room to grow.

We’re looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and intellectually curious Sales Development Representative to help grow our business. Your role will seek out new business opportunities through a combination of being on the front line of following up on leads generated by marketing activities, events, and connecting with prospects using direct sales efforts.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience selling into / servicing enterprise customers

  • An understanding of complex sales scenarios

  • Strong spoken & written communication skills

  • An ability to deal with ambiguity

  • A passion for technology - particularly AR, VR, and MR


  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns and driving them into sales opportunities

  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other avenues such as LinkedIn to drive awareness of Studio216 and hunt sales opportunities with these potential clients

  • Conduct first level conversations with potential clients, including presenting Studio216 and our capabilities, while listening to the needs being expressed and tailoring our pitch to potential client’s needs and coordinate second level conversations for Account Executives / other Business Development individuals in the team as appropriate

  • Document conversations using the various tools at your disposal, such as CRM software, effectively in order to ensure collaboration across internal team

This role reports into the VP of Business Development. As our organization grows, you’ll have the opportunity to learn closely from a team with a high degree of experience and expertise, and also contribute to how this leadership team builds out the sales organization within Studio216.


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar customer facing role

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)

  • Track record of achieving sales quotas

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot)

  • Strong computer skills especially with office productivity tools such as Google Apps

  • A good understanding of pricing & margin calculations

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
